Andrew Wrobel's Home

The Podhale

Andrew grew up in the village of Groń, situated in a valley in the foothills of the Tatra mountains south of Kraków and near the resort city of Zakopane.  The picture below is the 400-year-old church in Białka Tatrzańska(in the next valley) that Andrew and his mother, Wiktoria, walked to (it was a 90-minute trek on foot) every Sunday and holiday.
