Age 80. At rest Thursday, October 19, 2000 at Sunny Hill Rehabilitation Center.


Loving father of Richard (Dawn), Timothy (Michelle) Arambasich. Son-in-law Ronald (Patricia) Craft. Dearest grandfather of 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren, including one special great granddaughter Taylor Roland. Three brothers; Edward "Carpy" (Jo Ann, dec.), Richard (Julie), Michael "Mutzi" (Mary) Arambasich. Brother-in-law Ronald (Mardle, dec.) Bocien. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Craft, granddaughter Colleen Craft, parents Michael and Mary Ann (nee Skola) Arambasich. Two sisters; Mardle (Ronald) Bocien and Helen (Bill) Telfer.
John was born in Joliet and was a life long resident. 

Retired in 1982 as an Iron Worker after 52 years of service. Veteran of the Marine Corp. Member of Ingalls Park A.C., Irving Park A.C., Ohio A.C. Moran A.C. and Old Times baseball association. Scrammy played baseball for the legendary House of David professional team. Semi-pro of Lansing, Michigan, Ohio A.C., Rivals Club, Young Americans Club and Moran A.C. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

From where Funeral Services were held Monday, October 23, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. to St. Mary Nativity Church for a mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum.
